Our story

We bought the farm from Bill & Shirley Cinnamon in 2014. We lived across the road from their farm for over a decade and our children worked for them during their tree farm season. After having a front row seat to their business and seeing special memories being made, when they were looking to sell our children encouraged us to buy it. You could say eight daughters can really influence their father.

Our family has grown to include 8 daughters, 1 son, 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. We enjoy the blessings associated with running a small business which dovetails well with our row crop farming operation. It is also a priority of ours to offer the opportunity for young people to have their “first job” on our farm, and we love watching our seasonal employees grow through the years.

Over the past decade, we have striven to increase the quality of our trees while focusing on customer service. As a family, our goal is to provide an atmosphere where family and friends can come together during the holiday season and experience the true meaning of Christmas, making memories, and starting traditions to last a lifetime.

In 2021, we made the decision to expand the farm when 40 acres came up for sale a few miles from our home farm. We are projecting to have harvestable choose-and-cut trees from this location in 2028. This is something we are really excited about and continue to invest time over there to grow quality trees for future.
